When you submit the form, we process the details you entered (first name, last name, email, phone and message) to answer your enquiry. The basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form.

With a franchise enquiry we also send how you reached us: campaign identifiers from the link (gclid, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term), the landing page, the page the enquiry came from and the time zone of your device. This shows us which campaign the enquiry came from.

Forms are delivered by email through the Web3Forms service (web3forms.com).

Necessary: in your browser we store your cookie choice (localStorage, 180 days) and, for one session, the note that the franchise notice was shown (sessionStorage).

Campaign identifiers: the identifiers from the paragraph above stay in your browser for one session (sessionStorage) and are only sent if you submit a franchise enquiry.

Analytics and marketing: only with your consent, Google cookies are used through Google Tag Manager to measure visits and ad performance and to personalise ads (Google Ads). Until then these signals are denied by default.

Google Maps: the map only loads when you click on it.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer.

The data goes to the service providers named above: Web3Forms and, with your consent, Google. They may also process data outside the European Union and Serbia. We do not sell data.

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to answer and handle the enquiry, unless the law requires longer retention.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, to data portability, to object and to withdraw your consent. Write to us at info@sanees.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority (Datenschutzbehörde) or, in Serbia, with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
